1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or a Stilwater-operated service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use a Stilwater product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. Services
Stilwater provides healthcare and wellness technology, AI-enabled software, preventive-care experiences and custom mobile and web application development. Specific features, deliverables, service levels, data responsibilities, fees and compliance obligations may be governed by a separate subscription agreement, order form, statement of work or Business Associate Agreement.
3. Not a substitute for medical care
Unless expressly delivered by a licensed healthcare professional through an applicable service, Stilwater technology and content are for informational, organizational and wellness-support purposes. They are not a diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency service. Always seek qualified professional care for medical questions and use local emergency services when urgent help is required.
4. AI-enabled features
AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions or inappropriate suggestions. Users and providers remain responsible for exercising appropriate professional judgment and verifying information before acting on it. Stilwater may update models, prompts, safeguards and feature behavior over time.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer restricted components, upload unlawful content or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
6. Intellectual property
Stilwater retains rights in its platform, software, branding, templates and pre-existing technology. Ownership of custom-developed deliverables is determined by the applicable signed project agreement. Customer data remains subject to the data rights and responsibilities defined in the relevant agreement and law.
7. Third-party services
Some features may depend on cloud platforms, messaging services, payment processors, AI providers or other third-party systems. Their availability and terms may affect the service. Stilwater is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
8. Fees and refunds
Fees, billing and cancellation terms are described in the applicable plan, order form or statement of work. Where a separate refund policy applies, see our Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided subject to the warranties expressly stated in the applicable agreement. Stilwater does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate. Liability limitations, where applicable, may be further defined in a signed customer agreement.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, security, legal compliance or service integrity. Contract customers remain subject to the suspension and termination terms in their applicable agreement.
11. Governing law
Unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply to the user.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
